Our services

Three models,
so the placement fits.

We run three types of provision, from single-occupancy accommodation available at short notice through to fully staffed shared housing. We bring properties on to match the referrals we are actually receiving, so we can shape a placement around a young person rather than fitting them into whatever is empty.

Single occupancy

Self-contained accommodation with visiting support, available at short notice.

Who it suits
Care leavers, and emergency or nightly placements where a young person needs somewhere tonight
Accommodation
Self-contained, own front door
Staffing
Visiting support, named key worker, on-call out of hours
Included
Independence assessment, outcome-led plan, weekly key-work

Shared, light-touch

A shared house with regular visiting support and structured key-work sessions.

Who it suits
Under-18s, or 18+ who are largely independent but need structure and someone checking in
Accommodation
Shared house of 2–4, own lockable room, own key
Staffing
Regular visiting support, named key worker, on-call 24/7
Included
Independence assessment, outcome-led plan, weekly key-work

Fully staffed

A larger shared property with staff on rotation around the clock.

Who it suits
Young people needing consistent presence and higher support
Accommodation
Larger shared property, own lockable room, own key
Staffing
24-hour staffing on rotation, named key worker
Included
Independence assessment, outcome-led plan, weekly key-work

Rates

We don't publish rates. The weekly rate is set per placement against assessed support hours and itemised in the agreement, because a young person needing 30 hours and a young person needing 5 are not the same placement. Tell us what you need and we'll give you a number.

No referral fee. No charge for referrals that don't proceed. No uplift without your sign-off.

Licence, not tenancy

Placements are provided under a licence to occupy as part of a supported accommodation service — not an assured shorthold tenancy. That is the correct legal basis for this service type, and it is explained to a young person before they arrive rather than buried in paperwork on move-in day.

Limits

Who we cannot support

Being clear about limits builds more trust than implying we take everyone.

  • Anyone whose assessed needs call for registered care. That is a different service type and we won't pretend otherwise.
  • A referral that is a bad match for the current residents of a house. We check the mix before we say yes — a fast placement that breaks down in three weeks costs everyone more than a slower right one.
  • Placements where the location must be kept from a specific person and our available properties can't guarantee it.
  • Higher-need referrals where the support hours are not funded to match. We'll tell you the number we think it takes rather than accept an under-funded placement and let it fail.

Where we work

Anywhere in Wales

We provide the service in Wales and take referrals from any local authority across the UK, not only Welsh councils. Locations are given to district level in anything public — the exact address is shared on referral only.

We bring properties on to match demand

Rather than holding empty stock and hoping it fits, we source to the referrals we are actually receiving. If the district you need isn't one we're in yet, that is a conversation rather than a no — tell us the young person and the timescale.

Some residents' locations must stay confidential, which is why this map goes no further than the local authority area.

Check what we can take

Tell us the young person and the timescale and we'll tell you which model fits, or that none of them do.
